Funding

The seed stage funding of $5 million will support the initial team of 21 employees during the first year of development.

This stage is important because it sets the table for the growth to come. It gives us a chance to develop the best systems and processes with the ability to scale.

Series A funding of $10 million will fund our growth to 56 employees as we expand our sales & marketing efforts.

This is the stage where we grow our resources to support accelerated growth across our target markets.

We will need to evaluate the success of our sales and marketing efforts to determine if additional funding is needed to achieve our highest expectations. We may find that we have all the revenue necessary to fund our continued growth.

This option is offered in case our initial investment partner wants to commit as the sole financial partner. This partner will have a major level of influence as well as 40% of the owner draw for the LLC.

If we achieve my expectations of a $10 Billion valuation, this would be a 400 times ROI.
