Next Eight Months – Initial Development and Planning for all teams

Limited Product Launch

Soft Product Launch – Clients are onboarded as partners in the development of our first iteration of software

Full Product Launch

Expanded Product Launch – Sales and Marketing efforts are increased to expand sales across all of our target markets

In the initial development stage, we will work for the first three months setting up the structure, processes, documentation, and job descriptions. We will recruit and hire our initial team.

The next eight months will be dedicated to development of our product, processes, and sales & marketing plans.

Once we reach our Go Live date, we will conduct a soft product launch.

We will limit the production level to 50% of our resources, in an effort to mitigate any unforeseen issues that may arise.

We plan to keep the workflow light during the next nine to twelve months, spending extra effort to build a solid base.

By the end of the limited product launch, we will have the base built to support accelerated growth across all of our target markets.

We will limit the production level to 80% of our resources, maintaining a comfortable workflow with priority on our workforce.

As we grow our salesforce to reach more clients, we will grow our teams to manage our additional sales.
